Beyond parts sales, Classic Automation operates an in-house repair service covering more than 50,000 part types with a standard two-to-four-week lead time and hundreds of dedicated test systems and fixtures used by its technicians to verify quality. All refurbished parts and repairs carry a two-year company warranty. The company offers same-day shipping on most in-stock items and ships globally; over the past five years it reports delivering more than 250,000 parts to over 31,000 customers across 173 countries.
Additional offerings include replacement batteries, on-site industrial system audits, and Panelicity panel services. Classic Automation is a member of the A3 Association for Advancing Automation and is a SAM.gov-registered U.S. business. It explicitly notes that it is not an authorized distributor or affiliate of the manufacturers it services, positioning itself as an independent aftermarket and obsolescence-management partner for industrial maintenance and reliability teams.
