Shanghai Chaifu Robot Co., Ltd. is a Chinese industrial automation manufacturer that develops and produces industrial robots together with their core components across the full robotics value chain. Chaifu operates a roughly 35,000-square-meter manufacturing facility in Shanghai equipped for the development, assembly, commissioning and factory inspection of industrial gearboxes, robot systems and controllers. The company manufactures its own RV precision joint reducers, which it began bringing to market in 2015 to reduce reliance on imported reduction gears, and reports an annual capacity of about 80,000 precision joint reducers and around 5,000 industrial robots.
Its product range is organized into series by payload and function: PRENTIC desktop robots, LOTIC low-payload, MIMETIC medium-payload, BIOTIC high-payload, ALPHTIC and ALPHTIC PA heavy-duty models reaching SF3000-class payloads, plus dedicated PA palletizing, ARC welding and PRESS stamping robots. Chaifu supplies automation solutions ranging from single robotic work cells to complete systems, with packaged offerings for the electronics, metal products, machinery manufacturing, logistics and transport, and arts and crafts industries. The company maintains a national service network covering about 70 percent of China and operates a South China operation center in Guangzhou established in 2020. It markets internationally through an English site and a North American presence at chaifuglobal.com. Headquartered at No. 288 Zhenkai Road, Zhangyan Town, Jinshan District, Shanghai, Chaifu positions itself as a domestic supplier of both robot bodies and the precision drivetrain components they depend on.
