Autonomous Solutions, Inc. (ASI) is a US developer of vehicle automation and fleet command software based in Mendon, Utah, with offices in Lehi, Utah and the Dallas-Fort Worth area of Texas. The company has worked on autonomous ground vehicles since 2000 and is led by CEO Mel Torrie. ASI reports more than 1,000 vehicles deployed over its 25-plus years, and customer and partner logos on its site include Toyota, Ford, Komatsu, Rio Tinto, Ferrexpo, Sharp and Lockheed Martin.
Its flagship product is Mobius, fleet management software used to plan, command and monitor multiple autonomous vehicles on a site or remotely; ASI states it supports more than 100 vehicle types regardless of manufacturer. The company retrofits automation onto existing machines and focuses on off-road markets: civil construction, logistics, agriculture and landscaping. In agriculture, U.S. Sugar has deployed autonomous John Deere tractors with ASI technology across 255,000 acres in South Florida, working with dealer Everglades Equipment Group, and ASI demonstrated 24-hour autonomous farming at FIRA USA 2025.
ASI has reshaped its portfolio in recent years. It divested its mining business (ASI Mining) and exited automotive testing to concentrate on off-road applications. In March 2026 it acquired Scythe Robotics, adding the Scythe M.52 autonomous commercial mower and Scythe Sight AI vision to the Mobius portfolio. With SoftBank Group it launched a heavy construction venture and in September 2026 formed a joint venture to advance autonomous construction. ASI holds Great Place To Work certification for 2025 and 2026.
