Automha S.p.A. is an Italian intralogistics company founded in 1979 and headquartered in Azzano San Paolo, Bergamo. It designs, engineers, manufactures, installs and commissions fully automated and semi-automated warehouses, combining mechanical, electrical, mechatronic and IT components into integrated storage systems.

Its portfolio covers high-density storage, pallet and box (miniload) automation, stacker cranes (SRM), conveyor and material-handling systems, and warehouse revamping. Automha builds a wide family of automatic and semi-automatic shuttle carriers, including the Autosat and Pallet Runner satellite systems, Autosatmover, Peakmover, Rushmover, Spinmover, Pathmover, Supercap and Heavytower, compatible with various racking systems and load units. The company develops its own warehouse management and control software, AWMS and SYM, with an integrated AI assistant (NOVA AI) for real-time anomaly handling. Automha serves sectors including pharmaceutical, electromechanical, textile, vertical farming, fresh and frozen storage, third-party logistics (3PL) and food and beverage. Present in more than 40 countries, it operates from its Bergamo headquarters with branches and subsidiaries in Spain (Automha Iberica), China (Automha Industries, Taicang/Suzhou), India (Mumbai), and the Americas (Automha Americas Automation in Oakville, Ontario, Canada and Buffalo, New York, USA). The company holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and SA 8000 certifications.

In 2025 Automha was acquired by and became part of Comau, a worldwide leader in advanced industrial automation, reinforcing both companies' position in advanced logistics automation while continuing to invest in digitalisation and software development.
