AIUT S.A. is a Polish industrial automation and robotics integrator founded in 1991 as a software export and automation commissioning business, headquartered in the Katowice Special Economic Zone in Gliwice. It employs more than 1,000 people, of whom over 600 are engineers, and converted from a limited-liability company to a joint-stock company in 2026.
Its business lines span automation and robotics for production lines and workstations, intralogistics and production transport, automated storage and retrieval systems, electronic design and manufacturing, supply to semiconductor-industry customers, industrial electrical engineering, process engineering for chemical and petrochemical plants, industrial IT, and IoT telemetry products for utilities and fuel: AIUNEO, WaterPrime for water and wastewater, and FuelPrime for fuel stations.
Mobile robots are developed under the Formica line, with AFORMIC established in 2018 as a dedicated AGV design and production arm that also handles IoT and Industry 4.0 work. Formica 2 is a pallet-handling AMR rated at 1,500 kg and up to 1.5 m/s, using lidar free navigation that needs no facility modification, AI-based route selection informed by a fleet management system, safety and vision systems for person detection, speed adaptation to load weight and dimensions, and onboard weight-distribution sensors for tall or heavy loads; an optional BlackBox module records operating parameters on camera and tracks vibration, overload and impacts via an IMU. Formica 1 moves carts by driving underneath and pushing from below.
The company reports more than 3,500 projects in over 70 countries, with international offices in the USA, Canada, Germany, India, China and Romania and Polish sites in Lodz, Bielsko-Biala, Bydgoszcz, Rzeszow, Opole and Nysa. It holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001 certificates valid 2025-2028, plus ATEX quality-assurance notifications.
