Agreenculture SAS is a Toulouse, France-based agricultural technology company specializing in the autonomy and safety of farm machinery and tractors. Its core product is the AGC Autonomy Kit, a ready-to-integrate hardware and software package that enables agricultural machines to perform field operations such as soil preparation, sowing, mechanical weeding and optimized crop treatments fully autonomously, without a local machine operator or on-site supervision. The kit is built around a proprietary GNSS-RTK positioning system delivering 2 mm accuracy and a high level of integrity, combined with Safencing, a secure geofencing system that keeps machines and their implements within defined virtual boundaries for safe, regulation-compliant operation under European rules. The company reports more than 100 machines equipped with its AGC Autonomy Kit, deployed across 10 countries and supporting seven crop types including winegrowing, orchards, arboriculture, market gardening, specialty crops, field crops and strip cropping, with quoted cost savings of around 19,500 euros per year for a 160-hectare open-field farm.
Agreenculture serves two main customer segments: agricultural machinery manufacturers (OEMs) seeking to make their machines autonomous and ready for large-scale deployment, and farmers and contractors who survey plots and let autonomous robots execute missions. It has collaborated with manufacturers including Kubota, Pellenc, Kuhn and Manitou Group. In December 2025 the company raised 6 million euros in a Series A equity round, and it has acquired Chouette, a firm specializing in AI-powered agronomic analysis for viticulture, to add agronomic intelligence to its autonomous machines.
