A2V Mécatronique is a French engineering and supply company specialized in motion control and mechatronic actuators. Founded in 1991, it is headquartered at 6 rue Maryse Bastié in Gazeran (78125), with a second French site in Vendôme (2 rue de Salamanque, 41100) covering 2,200 m² for the design, development and production of electronic boards and motors, and further premises in Changzhou, Jiangsu, China. The company states a total of about 2,500 m² of premises across France and China and a design office of 10 engineers covering mechanics, electronics, firmware and automation.
Its catalogue covers brushless servomotors (frameless, pancake and slotless types), stepper motors, drives and multi-axis control cards, rotary unions/slip rings and peristaltic pumps, with an online configurator for BLDC motors and an online store. Published projects include a hollow-shaft waterproof actuator (150 to 170 Nm, EtherCAT, IP67/IP68), a two-axis closed-loop gimbal controller for aerial surveillance, a 22 mm FOC miniature BLDC driver with RS232/CANbus, an all-in-one 200 W BLDC motor with Modbus TCP, five-axis surgical robot control with EtherCAT and STO SIL3 safety, and an IP65 motorized wheel for AGVs (2 m/s, 100 mm diameter). The company also lists motorization of AGVs and exoskeleton arms, renovation of the Eiffel Tower lighthouse and a submarine rudder drive among its references.
