KG is a German family-owned manufacturer of secondary and end-of-line packaging machinery, headquartered at Adam-Opel-Straße 1-5, 33181 Bad Wünnenberg-Haaren, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The company was founded in 1975 when Ferdinand Wächter took over the tool engineering business Heinrich Holste in Lichtenau-Atteln with two employees. In 1981, Wächter acquired the production program of the bankrupt Paderborn-based company Bauer Packautomatik. The company relocated to its current site in Bad Wünnenberg-Haaren in 1991 and celebrated its 50-year anniversary in 2025.

Wächter Packautomatik designs and manufactures packaging machines in customer-specific and modular configurations.
