Guangdong Topstar Technology Co., Ltd. (Topstar) is an industrial automation and robotics manufacturer headquartered in Songshan Lake, Dongguan, Guangdong. Founded in 2007 with RMB 0.5 million of capital, it listed on the ChiNext board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2017 (stock code 300607) and describes itself as the first listed robotics company in Guangdong; registered capital is now RMB 477 million.
Topstar started with energy-saving injection-molding auxiliary equipment, launched self-developed Cartesian robots in 2011 and entered SCARA and six-axis articulated robots in 2015. Current industrial robot lines are the four-axis TRH and TRD SCARA series (Tuoxingchen series) and the six-axis TRV and R series (Tuoxingyun series); these models carry an SGS-TUV Saar functional safety certificate together with CE Machinery Directive and CE EMC marks, and the company references ISO 13849 functional safety. In 2023 it released an industrial robot vertical large model and a domestic industrial 'cerebellum' controller, followed in 2024 by the X5 robot control platform and a robot with a 0.24-second standard cycle time.
The group also builds injection-molding machines from 90 to 2,800 tons (servo, hybrid and all-electric), injection-molding robots and auxiliary equipment for drying, feeding, mixing, granulating and cooling, as well as five-axis machining centers, high-speed machining centers and precision grinders under its CNC brand. It has offered automotive interior manufacturing equipment since 2018 and whole-plant injection-molding solutions since 2020.
In embodied intelligence, Topstar released the humanoid robot Xiaotuo in 2025, which it says was the first humanoid in China deployed in an injection-molding application, and formed the holding subsidiary Matrix Zhituo with Zhipu AI. In 2026 it released the Xingzai quadruped robot; embodied products are grouped under the Tuoxingji and Tuoxingjian series.
Topstar reports 601 granted patents, including 241 invention patents, and 90 software copyrights. It has 27 domestic offices, branches in Vietnam and Mexico, service centers in Thailand and Indonesia, and sales and service in more than 50 countries. It says it has served more than 15,000 customers, including more than 20 Fortune Global 500 companies; named customers include Lens Technology, Luxshare, Foxconn, Samsung, Corning, Toyota, BYD and XPeng, across auto parts, 3C electronics, home appliances, packaging and medical products.
