Perceptronics Solutions is a defense-technology company founded in 2003 by Elan Freedy, tracing its lineage to the earlier Perceptronics, Inc., co-founded by Amos Freedy and Gershon Weltman. The company operates from offices in Fairfax, Virginia, and El Segundo, California, applying artificial intelligence, machine learning and human-machine interface engineering to Department of Defense problems in tactical command and control, warfighter training and performance assessment, and autonomous unmanned systems.

Its named systems include IDEAS, a graphical authoring and simulation environment for programming swarm behaviors in autonomous vehicles; VISTA, a tool for visualizing imagery collected by unmanned aircraft; ASAR, a system for localizing personnel during autonomous search-and-rescue operations; AID-MEDIC, a mobile application supporting triage and coordination during mass-casualty incidents; TrainDX, an assessment tool for immersive training; and SRTS, a heart-rate-variability-based resilience measurement tool.

The company's work is funded primarily through government contracts, including Department of Defense Small Business Innovation Research awards, and its customers include the US DoD, associated defense research agencies, and other security and government organizations. Pacific Defense Inc. made a strategic investment in the company in January 2020.
