(NAI) is a Memphis, Tennessee-based industrial automation and conveyor systems company established in 1980 as the first overseas subsidiary of the NKC Group, which was founded in Japan in 1924. Originally serving as a sales office for NKC's Conveyor Division, NAI expanded in 1985 to include NKC's first overseas manufacturing facility to support Japanese automakers operating in the United States. The company designs, manufactures, installs, and services NKC conveyor systems throughout the US, Mexico, Canada, and South America.
NKC Innovation Solutions, a division created by NKC of America, offers full-service systems integration including electrical engineering, robotics, PLC/HMI/VFD upgrades, PLC programming, process equipment integration, custom equipment controls, and electrical control panel design. The facility is UL 508A certified with 10,000 sq ft of workshop space.
