Lorch Schweißtechnik GmbH is a German premium manufacturer of arc welding systems headquartered in Auenwald, Baden-Württemberg. The company was founded in 1957 by Bruno Lorch in Fellbach, near Stuttgart. Leadership later passed to Helmut Grüb and his son Wolfgang Grüb, who expanded the company into the largest employer in Auenwald. As of 2024, Lorch became a wholly owned subsidiary of DAIHEN Corporation, a publicly traded Japanese conglomerate, after DAIHEN agreed to acquire Lorch for approximately €22 million in August 2023 with the transaction closing on January 15, 2024. Managing directors as of mid-2024 are Jens Gauder and Norihito Takahashi.

Lorch manufactures more than 24,000 welding systems per year at one of the world's most modern welding equipment production facilities in Auenwald. The company's product portfolio covers the full range of arc welding processes: MIG/MAG, TIG, MMA (Stick), and battery welding systems, as well as collaborative robot (cobot) welding solutions. Key proprietary innovations include the Speed pulse process (launched 2008), which has since been developed into a family of Speed welding processes, and SeamTracking technology, which enables cobots to compensate for heat distortion and tolerance variations in real time.
