In December 2024, Jingce was added to the US Department of Commerce Entity List under new export controls targeting Chinese semiconductor equipment makers. The company operates industrial bases in Wuhan, Suzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, and Changzhou, with R&D outposts in the USA, Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan.
