Bosch-and-Galbot joint venture building embodied-AI manipulation robots for complex industrial assembly, handling and flexible quality inspection.
Boyin Hechuang (Bowintec) is a Chinese embodied-AI robotics company established in June 2025 as a joint venture incubated by Boyuan Capital, the market-oriented investment platform of the Bosch Group, and Galbot (GalaxyBot). The company targets core manufacturing tasks that conventional fixed automation struggles to cover, including complex component handling, precision assembly and flexible quality inspection.
Its product strategy centers on flexible, high-precision systems such as dexterous manipulators and single- and dual-arm robots driven by embodied-AI models rather than hard-coded motion programs. Boyin Hechuang's first self-developed product, the BW10-Lite, has completed prototype verification; it offers dual-arm operation, high repeatability and rapid switching between workstations, and the company states it can address more than 60% of manual assembly scenarios. A higher-payload variant, the BW10, is planned for release within 2026 to extend coverage to industrial handling and sorting work.
The company has reported an initial commercial order for 2,000 BW10/BW10-Lite robots from Dijie Industrial, and completed a Pre-A financing round of nearly 300 million RMB to accelerate large-scale deployment of industrial embodied intelligence. Backed by Bosch's manufacturing and supply-chain footprint and Galbot's embodied-AI research, Boyin Hechuang positions itself at the intersection of robotic hardware and AI software, aiming to bring general-purpose manipulation into factory assembly lines. The company conducts joint research and commercial exploration in the embodied-AI robotics sector and is pursuing financing expansion and a broader global layout. It develops both robot platforms and the perception and control intelligence required to operate them in unstructured production environments.
