ANYmal X is the ATEX-certified variant designed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres, deployed in oil & gas and chemical plants. Customers include Petrobras (six ANYmal X units ordered in 2024), Siemens Energy, Equinor, Aker BP, BP, Petronas, W.R. Grace, Outokumpu, and TenneT. Applications span power & utilities, oil & gas, chemicals, mining & metals, and railway & transportation.
Funding history includes a $20 million Series A and a $50 million Series B (May 2023), backed by investors including NGP Capital and Swisscom Ventures. The company also offers the ANYmal Data Navigator platform for converting inspection data into actionable insights.
