Collaverse

Collaverse is an industrial spatial operations platform purpose-built for high-tech manufacturing environments, particularly semiconductor fabrication facilities. The company has been deployed across major semiconductor projects since 2013 and has accumulated over 12 years of operational experience supporting the most complex manufacturing environments in the world.

The Collaverse platform addresses a fundamental challenge in advanced manufacturing: the fragmentation of design, construction, and operational data across incompatible systems and disciplines. In a modern semiconductor fab, infrastructure changes continuously — equipment is moved, utilities are re-routed, and maintenance activities reshape the physical plant — yet traditional CAD and BIM tools treat facilities as static objects completed at project handover. Collaverse transforms a fab into a living operational system by maintaining a continuously synchronized spatial model that reflects real-world conditions.

Core capabilities include infrastructure planning and visualization, MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) coordination, equipment hook-up management, and live operational management for large-scale facilities. The platform unifies data from multiple engineering disciplines into a single shared environment accessible to construction teams, facility managers, and operations staff simultaneously.

Collaverse has been deployed across 29 large-scale semiconductor projects in Korea, China, and the United States, including projects associated with Samsung's global semiconductor manufacturing operations. The platform manages over 2.2 million square meters of digital facility footprint, encompasses more than 200 million cubic meters of spatial data, and tracks over 86,000 kilometers of interconnected piping and infrastructure across its deployed installations.

At CES 2026, Collaverse showcased its living semiconductor fab platform as a solution for connecting construction and ongoing operations, demonstrating how spatial intelligence can reduce delays caused by fragmented systems and support the post-construction reality of continuously evolving advanced manufacturing plants. The platform is particularly relevant for the wave of new semiconductor fab construction underway across North America and Asia.
