MEBSTER s.r.o. is a Czech medical robotics startup founded in 2018 and headquartered in Praha 4 - Nusle, Prague, Czech Republic. The company was founded by Michal Gloger, who studied robotics in Ostrava and gained experience in research and development of robotic rehabilitation equipment across multiple continents before returning to establish MEBSTER with a mission to bring affordable assistive exoskeleton technology to market.

MEBSTER's flagship product is UNILEXA (UNILateral EXoskeleton for Assisted walking), a passive walking-assist exoskeleton designed specifically for people with lower-limb paralysis, including paraplegics and wheelchair users. Unlike motorised exoskeletons that can cost millions of Czech korunas, UNILEXA is designed to offer an optimum price-quality ratio. The device attaches to the inner side of the limbs, can be fitted directly from a wheelchair in minutes, and uses gravity and body lean to enable walking without motorised actuation.

MEBSTER offers two commercial variants: UNILEXA Prime (for medical centres and hospitals) and UNILEXA Home (custom-made for individual users). The company supplies devices to rehabilitation facilities including ParaCENTRUM Fenix, Hamzova léčebna, and České Budějovice Hospital. UNILEXA holds a Czech patent, is approved by the State Institute for Drug Control as a Class I medical device, and carries CE marking for sale across the European Union.

The company also develops the MEBSTER app and is working on next-generation products including UNILEXA POWER (active/motorised version) and a stride-cycle monitoring module. MEBSTER received mentoring and international exposure support through CzechInvest's CzechStarter programme (2019), enabling patent filing, certification, and market presentations in Singapore (Innovfest Unbound) and Silicon Valley (BiomedDevice 2021). The company is expanding its focus to upper-limb rehabilitation and has global ambitions targeting Italy, Spain, South America, and Asia.
