Lyte AI Inc. (Lyte) is a California-based robotics perception company that makes custom silicon, multimodal sensors, and spatial software for robots. It emerged from stealth in January 2026. The founders are Alexander Shpunt (CEO), formerly co-founder and CTO of PrimeSense, Arman Hajati, and Yuval Gerson, who previously worked on depth-sensing and perception technology at Apple. Avigdor Willenz is chairman and founding investor.
LyteVision is a vertically integrated sensing block that fuses 4D vision, RGB imaging, and inertial (IMU) data at the edge over a single connection. It is the core of LyteGalaxy, a spatial intelligence platform that combines Lyte sensors, compute, software, and algorithms into one perception stack for robots. The company joined the NVIDIA Halos ecosystem in June 2026.
Lyte targets autonomous mobile robots, robot arms, last-mile delivery robots, quadrupeds, robotaxis, and humanoid robots.
